I've changed DNS Settings but my domain still doesn't work
It can take as long as 48hrs for your Donmain Name to propagate completely. If after this time your Name is still not resolving please contact us.
I can't connect through FTP
Make sure your Domain Name is resolving to our server by doing a trace route. Check you are using the correct UserName and Password. Your FTP Client should be in Use in Passive Mode. If you are still having problems please contact us.
My site is down!!!
Your Site May not be down but your IP# may be getting blocked by our FireWall. Find your IP# at www.whatismyip.com and email our support.
